BERMUDA ARCHIVES (REPRODUCTION OF PUBLIC AND JUDICIAL RECORDS) REGULATIONS 2002 The Minister responsible for the Bermuda Archives, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 15 of the Bermuda Archives Act 1974, makes the following Regulations:⎯

Citation

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Archives (Reproduction of Public and Judicial Records) Regulations 2002.

Conditions for reproduction

2 Materials in the public archives may be published or reproduced in accordance with the following conditions—

(a) payment of such fees as are prescribed under the Government Fees Act 1965; and

(b) the publication or reproduction shall be limited to such purposes as are authorized by the Minister.
