BERMUDA COLLEGE BUILDINGS RESERVE (CLOSURE OF FUND) ORDER 2015

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 14 of the Bermuda College Buildings Reserve Fund Act 1987, makes the following Order:
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda College Buildings Reserve (Closure of Fund) Order 2015.
Closure of fund
2 The Fund known as the Bermuda College Buildings Reserve Fund is hereby closed.
Commencement
3 This Order comes into operation on such day as section 13 of the Bermuda College Amendment Act 2014 comes into operation.
