[made under section 10 of the Development and Planning Act 1974[title 20 item 1] and brought into operation on 14 July 1989]

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Bermuda Development Plan Amendment Plan Notice 1989.

Bermuda Amendment Plan 1989 operative

2 The Bermuda Amendment Plan 1989 is hereby declared to be operative in law within the provisions of section 10 of the Development and Planning Act 1974 [title 20 item 1].

Commencement

3 This Notice shall take effect on 14 July 1989.
