BERMUDA HOUSING (MAXIMUM BORROWING POWERS)ORDER 1985

[made under section 16(6) of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 3 January 1986]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing (Maximum Borrowing Powers) Order 1985.

New statutory maximum for borrowing

2 The amount of $90,000,000 shall be the statutory maximum for the purposes of section 16 of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
