BERMUDA HOUSING (VESTING OF LAND) ORDER 1983

[made under section 11 of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 22 July 1982

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing (Vesting of Land) Order 1983.

Vesting of lands at Prospect, Devonshire and Mills Creek, Pembroke

2 The parcels of land described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of the

Schedule hereto being lands the property of the Crown are hereby vested absolutely in the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

SCHEDULE

(a) ALL THAT parcel of land containing one decimal point four nine seven three (1.4973) hectares (or 3.7 acres) be the same more or less situate at Prospect in Devonshire Parish in the Islands of Bermuda bounded on the NORTH and EAST by Schools Drive on the SOUTH by other land in the ownership of the Crown and on the WEST by Frog Lane and being the parcel of land edged in red on Ordnance Map designated DWG No. 3/11/184 which may be inspected at the office of the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

(b) ALL THAT parcel of land containing decimal point eight one eight seven (.8187) hectares (or 2.02 acres) be the same more or less situate at Mills Creek in Pembroke Parish in the Islands of Bermuda, bounded on the NORTH and WEST by a roadway in the ownership of the Bermuda Government, on the EAST by land now or lately in the ownership of R. R. Tucker and Charles Swan, and on the SOUTH partly by land in the ownership of the Bermuda Government and partly by land in disputed ownership, and being the land edged in red on Ordnance Map designated DWG No. 3/10/66 which may be inspected at the office of the Bermuda Housing Corporation.
