BERMUDA HOUSING (VESTING OF LAND) ORDER 1984

[made under section 11 of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 6 April 1984]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing (Vesting of Land) Order 1984.

Vesting of land at "Rockaway" Southampton

2 The parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto being land the property of the Crown is hereby vested absolutely in the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT parcel of land situate at the South-west corner of the United States Naval Air Station Annex on Hamilton Island in the Parish of Southampton in the Islands of Bermuda containing Two decimal point two nine (2.29) Hectares more or less being the land outlined in red on the extract from Ordnance Sheets 2/15-2/14 on deposit in the office of the Bermuda Housing Corporation.
