BERMUDA HOUSING (VESTING OF LAND) ORDER 2010

The Minister responsible for public land, in exercise of the power conferred by section 11 of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing (Vesting of Land) Order 2010.

Vesting of land at Southside Harbour View Village St. George

2 The parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto, being land the property of the Crown, is hereby vested absolutely in the Bermuda Housing Corporation.

SCHEDULE

(paragraph 2) ALL THAT parcel of land situate in St. David’s in the Parish of St. George’s and shown outlined and cross hatched in red on Drawing No. 5510/046/247 in the Annexure hereto (known as Southside Harbour View Village, St. George) estimated to comprise 1.90 hectares (4.70 acres) and all appurtenances thereto belonging.
