BERMUDA HOUSING ACT (DECLARATION OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT AREA) (CITY OF HAMILTON G.I.A. 1) ORDER

[made under section 29(1) of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 22 November 1980]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Act (Declaration of General Improvement Area) (City of Hamilton G.I.A. 1) Order 1980.

Declaration of general improvement area

2 The area of land defined on the map numbered 3 deposited at the offices of the Department of Planning, and thereon outlined in red, bounded on the North by North Street, on the West by Court Street, on the South by Angle Street and on the East by the City boundary is declared to be a General Improvement Area for the purposes of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
