Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Act (Declaration of General Improvement Area) (Glebe Land, Pembroke Parish G.I.A. 1A) Order 1980.

Declaration of general improvement area

2 The area of land defined on the map numbered 1A deposited at the offices of the Department of Planning, and thereon outlined in red, bounded on the North by the North Shore and the Glebe Land boundaries North of Parsons Road elsewhere, is declared to be a General Improvement Area for the purposes of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
