BERMUDA HOUSING ACT (DECLARATION OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT AREA) (KINGS COURT G.I.A.) ORDER 1988
[made under section 29(1) of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 11 March 1988]
Citation
1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Act (Declaration of General Improvement Area) (Glebe Land, Pembroke Parish G.I.A. 1B) Order 1988.
Declaration of general improvement area
2 The area of land defined on the map numbered KC1 deposited at the offices of the Department of Planning, and thereon outlined in red, bounded on the North by Curving Avenue, on the East by vacant land, on the West by King Street, on the South by the Grounds of the Sunshine Home for Children, is declared to be a General Improvement Area for the purposes of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
