BERMUDA HOUSING ACT (DECLARATION OF GENERAL IMPROVEMENT AREA) (PEMBROKE PARISH G.I.A. 4) ORDER

[made under section 29(1) of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980 [title 29 item 1] and brought into operation on 1 February 1983]

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Bermuda Housing Act (Declaration of General Improvement Area) (Pembroke Parish G.I.A. 4) Order 1983.

Declaration of general improvement area

2 The area of land defined on the map numbered 7 deposited in the office of the Department of Planning and thereon outlined in red, and abutting and binding [sic] as appears on the said map is hereby declared as a General Improvement Area for the purposes of the Bermuda Housing Act 1980.
