BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT

BERMUDA HOUSING CORPORATION (VESTING OF LAND) ORDER 1974

[made under section 19 of the Bermuda Housing Corporation Act 1973 [repealed] and brought into operation on 1 August 1974] All the right, title and interest of the Crown in the land described below shall vest in the Bermuda Housing Corporation absolutely, unconditionally and without any reservations:—

(a) The Cedar Park Estate, the boundaries of which are described in the Government Housing Areas (Cedar Park and Prospect) Declaration Order 1971 [title 29 item 4(a)];

(b) The Prospect Estate, the boundaries of which are described in the Government Housing Areas (Cedar Park and Prospect) Declaration Order 1971 [title 29 item 4(a)];

(c) The Top Square Estate, the boundaries of which are described in the Government Housing Area (Top Square, St. George's) Declaration Order 1974 [title 29 item 4(c)].
