BERMUDA HOUSING CORPORATION (VESTING OF LAND) ORDER 1980

[made under section 19 of the Bermuda Housing Corporation Act 1973 [repealed] and brought into operation on 11 July 1980] All the right, title and interest of the Crown in the land hereinafter described below shall vest in the Bermuda Housing Corporation absolutely, unconditionally and without reservations: "All those lots of land outlined in yellow on Public Works Department drawing No. 3/11/160 known as and being lots 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 64, 65, 66 and 67 in the Pembroke Glebe Land but excluding the parts of those lots now forming a public road coloured red on the said Public Works drawing No. 3/11/160.".
