BERMUDA IMMIGRATION AND PROTECTION (MINIMUM ANNUAL RENTAL VALUES) REGULATIONS 2007

The Minister responsible for immigration, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102D(1)(c) of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956, makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1 These Regulations may be cited as the Bermuda Immigration and Protection (Minimum Annual Rental Values) Regulations 2007.
Minimum annual rental values
2 The following minimum annual rental values for various types of property and restricted persons are prescribed for the purposes of the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act 1956—
