CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY NOTICE 2026

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary Notice 2026.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means building materials, fixtures, and supplies for the construction and fit-out of the new retail showroom at 133 St. John’s Road, Pembroke.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 Auto Solutions Limited is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 31 March 2028.
