CITY OF HAMILTON PLAN NOTICE 1981

[given under section 10 of the Development and Planning Act 1974 [title 20 item 1] and brought into operation on 31 December 1981]

1 The City of Hamilton Plan 1981 takes effect as a local plan on the 31st December, 1981 and until the Legislature's approval is obtained.

2 The City of Hamilton Plan 1981 is a draft local plan for the City of Hamilton. It has been prepared under section 7, and will have immediate effect under section 10, of the Development and Planning Act

1974. It consists, as the law requires, of a written statement and certain

maps. The written statement and the maps are identified by being dated the 9th December, 1981 and by being signed by the Minister.
