The Minister responsible for the environment, in exercise of the power conferred by regulation 11 of the Clean Air Amendment Regulations 2026, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Clean Air Amendment Regulations 2026 Commencement Day Notice 2026.

Commencement

2 The Clean Air Amendment Regulations 2026 shall come into operation on 31 January 2026.
