The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 84(1) of the Revenue Act 1898, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Queen’s Warehouse (Hamilton Docks) Notice

2026.

Designation of premises

2 The premises described in the Schedule to this Notice is declared to be a Queen’s Warehouse.

Commencement

3 This Notice shall come into operation on 1 April 2026.

The room numbered QWH1 in the Pier Six building of the Hamilton Docks at 24 Front Street, Hamilton, which is clearly marked on the outside in two inch letters “H.M. THE QUEEN’S WAREHOUSE”
