The Minister responsible for the environment, in exercise of the power conferred by section 17 of the Clean Air Amendment Act 2024, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Clean Air Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Day Notice 2026.

Commencement

2 The Clean Air Amendment Act 2024 shall come into operation on 31 January

2026.
