The Minister responsible for intellectual property, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 203 of the Copyright and Designs Act 2004, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Copyright (International Organisations) Order 2014.

International organisations

2 It is declared that it is expedient that section 203 of the Act should apply to the following international organisations:

(a) United Nations;

(b) Specialized Agencies of the United Nations;

(c) Caribbean Community;

(d) Organization of American States.
