The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 31 of the Insurance Amendment (No. 2) Act 2025, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Insurance Amendment (No. 2) Act 2025 Commencement Day Notice 2026.

Commencement

2 The Insurance Amendment (No. 2) Act 2025 shall come into operation on 7 January 2026.
