CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER BUSINESS (TRANSITIONAL PERIOD EXTENSION) NOTICE 2015

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 68(1) of the Corporate Service Provider Business Act 2012, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Corporate Service Provider Business (Transitional Period Extension) Notice 2015.

Transitional period extension

2 The date by which corporate service provider businesses are required to be licensed under the Act is extended from 1 January 2015 to 1 July 2016.
