CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER BUSINESS (TRANSITIONAL PERIOD EXTENSION) NOTICE 2016

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by section 68(1) of the Corporate Service Provider Business Act 2012, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Corporate Service Provider Business (Transitional Period Extension) Notice 2016.

Transitional period extension

2 The date by which corporate service provider businesses are required to be licensed under the Act is extended from 1 July 2016 to 1 October 2016.
