CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4245) AMENDMENT NOTICE 2026

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by customs procedure code 4245 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4245) Amendment Notice 2026.

Amends paragraph 3

2 Paragraph 3 of the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4245) Notice 2024 is amended by inserting after subparagraph 6 the following—
