The Minister responsible for land valuation, in exercise of the power conferred by section 7 of the Land Valuation and Tax Amendment Act 2025, gives the following Notice:
Citation
1 This Notice may be cited as the Land Valuation and Tax Amendment Act 2025 Commencement Day Notice 2025.
Commencement
2 The Land Valuation and Tax Amendment Act 2025 shall come into operation on 5 January 2026.
