CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4229) TEMPORARY (NO. 3) NOTICE 2022

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4229) Temporary (No. 3) Notice 2022.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved businesses under CPC 4229

3 The following businesses listed in the second column are approved businesses under CPC 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods in the corresponding third column—
