CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4229) TEMPORARY (NO.3) NOTICE 2024

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4229) Temporary (No. 3) Notice 2024.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means machinery, equipment, raw materials and goods for the manufacture and packaging of food preparations produced solely by Scoops Ice Cream and Cupcake Café.

Approved business under CPC 4229

3 Scoops Ice Cream and Cupcake Café is an approved business under CPC 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 31 March 2026.
