CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4229) TEMPORARY NOTICE 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4229) Temporary Notice 2025.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means raw materials, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing of local printed products for commercial and personal usage.

Approved business under CPC 4229

3 Douglas Davies trading as “Graphix Signs” is an approved business under CPC

4229 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 31 March 2027.
