CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED ORGANIZATIONS - CPC 4140) AMENDMENT (NO. 6) NOTICE 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4140 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Organizations - CPC 4140) Amendment (No. 6) Notice 2025.

Amends paragraph 3

2 Paragraph 3 of the Customs Tariff (Approved Organizations - CPC 4140) Notice

2018 is amended by inserting the following organization in the appropriate alphabetical place—

“Bermuda Gymnastics Association”.
