CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY (NO. 2) NOTICE 2022

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary (No. 2) Notice 2022.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “the qualifying goods” means branding materials for Future Leaders Bermuda, backpacks, school supplies, classroom supplies and children’s essentials.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 Future Leaders Bermuda is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 5 April 2024.
