CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY (NO. 4) NOTICE 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary (No. 4) Notice 2025.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means operational equipment and supplies for the sole use of the Bermuda Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 Bermuda Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 30 June 2027.
