CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY NOTICE 2024

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary Notice 2024.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means one Nissan NV200 vehicle.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 Keep Bermuda Beautiful Committee trading as “Keep Bermuda Beautiful” is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 31 March 2025.
