CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY NOTICE 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary Notice 2025.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means materials and supplies to support the delivery of counselling, community outreach programmes, and advocacy services provided by The Family Centre.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 The Family Centre is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 30 April 2035.
