The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4243 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4243) Notice 2024.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved businesses under CPC 4243

3 The following businesses are approved businesses under CPC 4243 of the Fifth

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970— Island Construction Services Limited; Surface Experts Ltd. [Paragraph 3 revoked and replaced by BR 40 / 2025 para. 2 effective 6 June 2025]
