The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by customs procedure code 4245 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4245) Notice 2024.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved businesses under CPC 4245

3 The business listed in the second column is an approved business under CPC

4245 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods in the corresponding third column for the time period specified in the fourth and fifth columns—
