CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED ORGANISATIONS - CPC 4216 & 4217) NOTICE 2015

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by customs procedure codes 4216 and 4217 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Organisations - CPC

4216 & 4217) Notice 2015. [Paragraph 1 and Title amended by 2021 : 10 s. 3 effective 1 April 2021]

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved organisations under CPC 4216

3 The following organisations are approved organisations under CPC 4216 of the

Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970—

(a) Bermuda Fine Art Trust;

(b) The Bermuda National Trust;

(c) Bermuda Society of Arts;

(d) Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute;

(e) Bermuda Zoological Society;

(f) Government of Bermuda;
