CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED ORGANIZATIONS - CPC 4140) NOTICE 2018

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by the Customs Procedure Code 4140 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, makes the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Organizations - CPC 4140) Notice 2018. [Paragraph 1 and Title amended by 2021 : 10 s. 3 effective 1 April 2021]

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, the “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.
