CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED ORGANIZATIONS - CPC 4183) NOTICE 2016

The Collector of Customs, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5(4) and by the customs procedure code 4183 of the Fifth Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act 1970, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Organizations - CPC 4183) Notice 2016. [Paragraph 1 and Title amended by 2021 : 10 s. 3 effective 1 April 2021]

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved organizations under CPC 4183

3 The following organizations are approved organizations under CPC 4183 of the Fifth

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970—

(a) the Government of Bermuda;

(b) foreign governments;

(c) United Nations agencies; and

(d) the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
