CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED ORGANIZATIONS - CPC 4217) TEMPORARY NOTICE 2023

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4217 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Organizations - CPC 4217) Temporary Notice 2023.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved organization under CPC 4217

3 CariGenetics Limited is an approved organization under CPC 4217 of the Fifth

Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 for a period of three years beginning on the date this Notice comes into operation.
