CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED VENDORS - CPC 4242) NOTICE 2024

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by customs procedure code 4242 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Vendors - CPC 4242) Notice 2024.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice, “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970.

Approved vendors under CPC 4242

3 The vendor listed in the second column is an approved vendor under CPC 4242 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods in the corresponding fifth column for the time period specified in the third and fourth columns—
