The Minister responsible for marine and ports services, in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(1)(b) of the Marine and Ports Services Act 2021, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Marine and Ports Services (Mariners) (Cambridge Beaches Fireworks Display) Notice 2025.

Cambridge Beaches Fireworks Display

2 A Cambridge Beaches fireworks display (“the event”) will take place within Mangrove Bay on Thursday 1 January 2026 between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 12:10 a.m.

Closure of certain sections of Mangrove Bay

3 The area of water of Mangrove Bay (indicated in the Schedule), from Mangrove Bay Wharf out to approximately 70 feet will be closed to marine traffic during the event.
