BERMUDA STATUTORY INSTRUMENT
SR&O 19/1955
[made under former section 7A of the Summary Offences Act 1926 read with section 25 of the Explosives (Control) Act 1964 [repealed]]
The Commissioner of Police hereby declares the following fireworks to be dangerous fireworks—
(a) All fireworks of the "Banger" type, and all fireworks, which detonate or explode at any time with a loud report.
(b) Rockets the length of which (excluding the length of any stick attached thereto) exceeds six inches, or the diameter of which exceeds one inch.
(c) Roman Candles (and fireworks of the Roman Candle type) the length of which exceeds nine inches, or the diameter of which exceeds one inch.
