The Debt Collection Licensing Authority, in exercise of the power conferred by section 13(3) of the Debt Collection Act 2018, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Debt Collection (Grant of Licence) Notice 2020.

Grant of licence

2 The Debt Collection Licensing Authority has granted, for the periods stated, Debt Collection Licences to the following—

(a) JSM Ltd, for the period 01 July 2020 to 31 March 2022; and

(b) Bermuda Credit Association Ltd, for the period 01 October 2020 to 31 March 2022.
