DECLARATION [1964] AS TO FUMIGATING SUBSTANCES [made under section 1 of the Fumigation (Control) Act 1945 on 4 December 1964]

NOTICE

1 The substances set out in the schedule are hereby declared to be fumigating substances within the meaning of the Fumigation (Control) Act 1945 [title 11 item 7].

2 This Notice shall apply to any preparation or mixture containing more than 6 per cent. of any one of such substances or more than a total of 6 per cent. of any combination thereof.
