The Board, with the approval of the Minister responsible for planning, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5A(1) of the Development and Planning Act 1974, gives the following notice:

Citation

1 This notice may be cited as the Development and Planning (Delegation) Notice 2020.

Delegation by Board to Director

2 Subject to written directions given under section 5(2) of the Development and Planning Act 1974 (“the Act”), the Board, with the approval of the Minister, hereby delegate to the Director, under section 5A(1) of the Act, their power to grant or refuse applications for planning permission.
