EAST END CORRECTIONAL FACILITY PRISON DECLARATION NOTICE 2001

The Minister, in exercise of the power conferred upon her by section 5(4) of the Prisons Act 1979, gives the following Notice:⎯

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the East End Correctional Facility Prison Declaration Notice 2001.

Declaration of prison

2 The premises described in the Schedule to this Notice are hereby declared to be a prison to be known as "East End Correctional Facility".

Commencement

3 This notice comes into operation on the 16th day of April 2001.
