ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (DESIGNATION OF ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ZONE) (NORTH EAST HAMILTON) ORDER

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on her by section 2A of the Economic Development Act 1968, makes the following Order:

Short Title

1 This Order may be cited as the Economic Development (Designation of Economic Empowerment Zone) (North East Hamilton) Order 2007.

Designation of Economic Empowerment Zone

2 The area of land outlined in red on the map attached to this Order is hereby designated as an economic empowerment zone.
