CUSTOMS TARIFF (APPROVED BUSINESSES - CPC 4237) TEMPORARY (NO. 5) NOTICE 2025

The Minister of Finance, in exercise of the power conferred by Customs Procedure Code 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970, issues the following Notice:

Citation

1 This Notice may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Approved Businesses - CPC 4237) Temporary (No. 5) Notice 2025.

Interpretation

2 In this Notice— “customs procedure code” or “CPC” has the meaning prescribed in section 1 of the Customs Tariff Act 1970; “qualifying goods” means tissue paper, gift boxes and ribbon, hang tags, product stickers and labels, product inserts and care cards, shopping bags, and display materials for retail stores.

Approved business under CPC 4237

3 The Authentic Bermuda Shorts Ltd. is an approved business under CPC 4237 of the Fifth Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act 1970 with respect to the qualifying goods.

Expiration

4 This Notice shall expire on 15 December 2030.
