The Minister responsible for the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2A of the Economic Development Act 1968, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Economic Development (Designation of Economic Empowerment Zone) (South East Hamilton) Order 2023.

Designation of Economic Empowerment Zone

2 The area of land outlined in red on the map contained in the Schedule to this Order is hereby designated as an economic empowerment zone.
