The Minister responsible for education, in exercise of the power conferred by section 6 of the Education Act 1996, makes the following Order:

Citation

1 This Order may be cited as the Education (Closure of Schools) Order 2024.

Closure of Schools

2 The following schools are closed—

(a) Clearwater Middle School;

(b) Heron Bay Primary School.
